TransTech Group seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems & ERP Transformation to own end-to-end ERP initiatives and the operating model across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business or related field (or equivalent).
- 7–12+ years ERP experience with leadership exposure.
- Deep experience with IFS ERP and multi-site deployments.
- Proven vendor/partner management in ERP programs.
- Experience applying AI to project management workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own ERP roadmap, governance, and upgrade prioritization.
- Translate business needs into ERP capabilities and improvements.
- Define ERP configuration standards and usage governance.
- Lead data migration, integration, and testing for deployments.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
- Drive change management, training, and adoption across sites.
