Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation seeks a transformation-minded Senior Manager to lead enterprise Finance process transformation and intelligent automation across Financial Shared Services. You will identify high-impact improvements, partner with Finance, IT, Sales, and Operations, and translate business needs into standardized, automated solutions.

This role focuses on scalable operating models, measurable value, and coaching teams in Lean Six Sigma and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in process improvement, Finance transformation, or shared services.
• Ability to lead department-wide transformation initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Experience applying AI, RPA, analytics to improve processes and reduce manual work.
• Proven skills in building business cases, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Experience coaching and leading teams, cross-functional programs, or PMOs.
• PMO/COE or Finance operations background is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or advanced certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Finance process transformation and intelligent automation initiatives.
• Develop business cases, pilots, and scalable implementations with measurable impact.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Sales, and operations to integrate solutions.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Kaizen to improve workflows.
• Coach and develop direct reports and cross-functional teams.
