Job summary

Woolpert seeks a Senior Enterprise Business Process Architect to lead end-to-end enterprise process design, governance, and transformation planning. You will partner with executives to translate complex operations into scalable architectures, ensuring alignment and strong controls across leads, projects, and revenue flows.

You will guide senior stakeholders, develop executive-ready documentation, and drive adoption of standardized processes while supporting ERP modernization and transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise process architecture and transformation planning.
• Ability to analyze complex process issues and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to create clear process maps, documents, and executive-ready materials.
• Knowledge of ERP-enabled process design and change management.
• Independent work style with high autonomy in cross-functional settings.
• Ability to tie operational processes to financial and client-delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end business lifecycle from lead to cash, project delivery, and revenue flow.
• Translate objectives into current-state and future-state process architectures.
• Develop artifacts like value-stream maps and process models for leadership.
• Collaborate with business, finance, ops, and tech to design future-state processes.
• Maintain reusable process templates and governance materials.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to validate processes and identify improvements.
• Prepare reports and presentations on risks, dependencies, and options.
• Evaluate new process practices and tech-enabled opportunities.
