Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Senior Process Architect to independently document, analyze, and improve end-to-end processes that support enterprise transformation and scalable service delivery. You will model processes, create governance artifacts, and partner with IT and business stakeholders across HRIS, ITSM, and workflow platforms.

Responsibilities include designing future-state workflows, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement with Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, and data-driven

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in process architecture, business process management, or related roles.
• Experience with ERP/HRIS/ITSM and enterprise platforms like PowerBI, ServiceNow, Oracle, or ADP.
• Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, BPMN, SIPOC, or related certification and practice.
• Strong communication to create stakeholder materials, process docs, and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end process maps, workflows, SOPs, and governance artifacts.
• Document current and design future-state processes to improve consistency and scalability.
• Partner with IT and business teams to implement process improvements and metrics.
• Translate needs into requirements, integration points, and implementation-ready specs.
• Support testing, readiness, and post-implementation validation for new processes.
