Job summary

Syner-G seeks a Project Manager to lead client programs in Operational and Business Excellence. You will drive continuous improvement, align governance, and deploy common processes across diverse environments to enable sustainable transformation.

The role requires Lean Six Sigma leadership, collaboration with client senior leadership, and a track record of change management. You will shape roadmaps, coach teams, and measure impact across quality, cost and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical and/or business discipline or equivalent experience.
• 9–15 years of demonstrated leadership in medical device industry or related field.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent with extensive project experience.
• Strong background in holistic operational excellence frameworks and continuous improvement systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, deploy, and strengthen client capabilities to establish holistic Business and Operational Excellence programs.
• Serve as a strategic partner to client leadership, contributing to transformation roadmaps and strategy execution.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational goals and structured improvement initiatives.
• Support organizational structures, roles, and governance models for Operational Excellence and change adoption.
• Provide leadership in shaping and communicating a strategic vision for Business Excellence across client organizations.
• Develop and manage transformation roadmaps with cross-functional client teams; ensure alignment and measurable outcomes.
• Coach leaders and teams on Lean, Six Sigma, and change leadership techniques.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align program strategies and readiness.
• Track success measures like engagement, maturity, and measurable quality, cost, and delivery improvements.
