Job summary

Zayo Group is seeking a Senior Account Manager to support existing and prospective accounts for fiber infrastructure services. The role focuses on selling Fiber, Transport, IP, SD-WAN, Edge and Security services to enterprise clients in the commercial segment.

Location: Remote, preferably in the Pittsburgh, PA Metro area. You will develop relationships, present proposals, and drive revenue growth through strategic account management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience managing large and transactional deals.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales revenue by promoting Zayo products and services to targeted account patches.
• Understand our network and proximity to key buildings to drive on-net sales; assess local competitive dynamics.
• Present proposals and manage customers through a strategic sales process.
• Maintain current relationships and secure revenue on long-term commitments or new accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop account strategy, designs, and relationships; manage high volume of work with responsiveness.
• Track, analyze and report on sales performance and opportunities in Salesforce and other tools.
