Job summary

Zayo Group is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive revenue for fiber infrastructure services across commercial enterprise accounts. You will build relationships, manage large deals, and coordinate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to win net-new business and expand existing contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year College; Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience managing large and transactional deals.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship building/maintaining skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales revenue by promoting Zayo products and services to target account patches.
• Understand our network and proximity to key buildings to drive on and near net sales.
• Present proposals and manage customers through a strategic sales process.
• Maintain relationships with customers, securing existing revenue on long-term commitments and/or selling net new accounts.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue objectives.
