Job summary

Zayo Group Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Manager to support existing and prospective accounts for fiber infrastructure services in the Commercial Enterprise segment.

You will develop customer relationships and drive sales of Fiber, Transport, IP, SD‑WAN, Edge and Security services with a consultative approach. Location options include hybrid work in Downers Grove, IL or fully remote within the Chicago metro area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years sales experience managing large/transactional deals.
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive revenue.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to build a deal.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales revenue by promoting Zayo products and services to target accounts.
• Understand network proximity to key buildings to drive net sales.
• Present proposals and manage customers through a strategic sales process.
• Maintain relationships to secure existing revenue and long-term commitments.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and ops teams on account strategy.
