Job summary

Zayo Group is seeking a Senior Account Manager to support existing and prospective accounts, driving revenue for Fiber, Transport, IP, SD-WAN and Security services. You will manage complex deals with a consultative approach and work with the Commercial Enterprise segment to meet targets.

The role allows remote work with Boston, MA considered; travel to client sites may be required. You will collaborate with sales, engineering and ops teams to grow revenue and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college.
• Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience managing large and transactional deals.
• Strong financial acumen and customer-facing skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to present data with effective communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales revenue by actively promoting Zayo products and services.
• Understand network proximity to key buildings to drive on- and near-net sales.
• Present proposals and manage customers through a strategic sales process.
• Maintain relationships to secure existing revenue and win new accounts.
• Track, analyze and report sales performance in Salesforce and other tools.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue objectives.
