Job summary

Samsara is seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success professional to join the Implementation team, guiding large customers through deployment and adoption of our IoT solutions across fleets and industrial assets. You’ll own the customer relationship from onboarding to renewal and collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product.

This remote role is open to US residents, with up to 10% travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting.
• Experience supporting or working with technical SaaS products.
• Strong consultative skills for executives and day-to-day users.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front lines and ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
• Track implementation progress, product adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and day-to-day users.
• Juggle multiple customer engagements and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Mentor the wider Customer Success and Support teams.
