Samsara is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Customer Success Implementation specialist to drive deployment and adoption of our IoT solutions for fleet and industrial assets. You will manage relationships with large strategic customers, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal across multiple industries.

The role requires exceptional communication, the ability to understand customer business needs, and collaboration across Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting or customer-facing technology implementations.
• Excellent consultative skills with end-to-end system implementations.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communications.

Aufgaben

• Be on the front lines to ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability with the IoT platform.
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology for large-scale customers across multiple use cases.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage and value realization.
• Track implementation progress, product adoption, and account health.
• Lead training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and end users.
