Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Customer Success professional to join our Implementation team and manage deployments for large Enterprise customers. You’ll own the customer relationship, drive adoption of IoT solutions, and coordinate with Sales, Support, and Product to ensure value realization.

You’ll work in a remote-friendly role across US locations, travel up to 10% for customer sites, and guide customers from onboarding to renewal with a focus on long-term success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role (enterprise SaaS preferred).
• Experience supporting or working with technical products and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with executives and day-to-day users.

Responsibilities

• Be the front-line owner for deployment and adoption for large Enterprise customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product to ensure successful deployments.
• Create launch plans, track adoption, and drive account health across multiple use cases.
