Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Implementation-focused Senior Customer Success professional to guide enterprise customers through onboarding, adoption, and renewal of our IoT solutions. The role is fully remote in the United States (excluding certain metro areas) and includes travel up to 10% to customer sites as needed.

You will own the customer relationship, collaborate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product, and ensure successful deployment and ongoing value realization for customers

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
• Enterprise SaaS experience and experience with large-scale deployments.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise customer relationships from onboarding to renewal.
• Lead deployments of Samsara IoT solutions for fleet and industrial assets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product.
• Explain technology to executives and day-to-day users.
• Mentor the wider Customer Success and Support teams.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
