Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A based in the United States to lead the annual operating plan, reforecasting, and long-range planning with end-to-end consolidation and reporting.

You will design scalable planning frameworks, standardize financial definitions, and provide financial insights to executives while mentoring one direct report and working closely with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete planning cycle from AOP to long-range planning and executive deliverables.
• Design planning calendars with milestones and cross-functional inputs to ensure timely outputs.
• Build and maintain an enterprise-wide consolidation framework and standardized financial definitions.
• Develop and maintain financial models, challenge forecasts, and translate insights into actions.
• Improve planning workflows to be scalable, repeatable, and transparent.
