Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A in the United States to lead enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis. You will own the AOP, long-range planning, reforecasting, and consolidation while building scalable frameworks and standardizing reporting for executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, finance ops, or enterprise planning in a growth/complex environment.
• End-to-end planning: AOP, LRP, reforecasting, executive-ready presentations.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills for evaluating assumptions.
• Experience improving consolidation, reporting, planning processes, and financial rigor.
• Develop scalable planning frameworks and documented standards.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and executive communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own complete FP&A planning cycle from AOP to executive deliverables.
• Design and manage planning calendars, milestones, and inputs across departments.
• Build and maintain enterprise consolidation framework and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial models; translate insights into business actions.
• Replace manual workflows with scalable planning and reporting processes.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance, risks, and decisions.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and hold stakeholders accountable.
• Mentor direct report and remain hands-on in FP&A work.
• Continuously elevate FP&A as a strategic decision-making function.
