Job summary

Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A in the United States to build and lead enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis in a fast-growing, complex environment.

You will own the annual operating plan, long-range planning, reforecasting, and consolidation, designing scalable planning frameworks and reporting processes. This player-coach role emphasizes strategic influence with direct modeling ownership and collaboration with executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning experience

Responsibilities

• Own the complete planning cycle from AOP to long-range planning and exec presentations.
• Design planning calendars, milestones, and inputs across departments.
• Build and maintain an enterprise-wide consolidation framework and standardize KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial models; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Replace manual workflows with scalable planning and reporting processes.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance and risks.
• Align finance and operations around shared objectives and commitments.
• Mentor one direct report while contributing to day-to-day FP&A work.
• Elevate FP&A as a core strategic function with discipline and visibility.
