Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A based in the United States. You will own annual operating plans, long-range planning, reforecasting, and consolidation from end to end, building scalable frameworks and a trusted source of financial data for executive decisions.

This player-coach role requires strong modeling, cross-functional leadership, and clear executive communication, with remote flexibility for eligible U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A or enterprise planning in a high-growth or complex environment.
• Experience leading annual operating plans and long-range planning cycles.
• Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis skills.
• Hands-on experience with consolidation and reporting improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete FP&A cycle, including AOP, reforecasting, and LRP from planning to executive deliverables.
• Design and manage planning calendars, milestones, and inputs across departments.
• Build and maintain an enterprise-wide consolidation framework and standardized KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial models to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Replace manual workflows with scalable planning and reporting processes.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance and risks and align priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor one direct report in FP&A activities.
