Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A in the United States to own the full financial planning cycle, including AOP, reforecasting, and long-range planning. You will build scalable planning frameworks, standardize reporting, and deliver trusted financial data to support executive decisions.

You will work closely with senior leaders, challenge assumptions, and guide one direct report in day-to-day FP&A execution, with remote flexibility for eligible U.S. residents.

Formación

• 8+ years in FP&A, finance ops, or enterprise planning.
• Experience leading AOP, LRPlanning, and multi-year planning cycles.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytics skills.
• Hands-on consolidation, reporting, and planning process improvements.
• Ability to design scalable planning frameworks and standardize reporting.
• Strong executive communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own annual operating plan (AOP), reforecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models; challenge forecasts and translate insights into actions.
• Build enterprise consolidation framework and standardize KPIs and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and partner with executives on strategic decisions.
• Mentor and guide at least one direct report in FP&A activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes and systems.
