Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A for a U.S.-based partner company. You will own the full FP&A cycle, from annual operating plans to long-range planning, ensuring accurate forecasting and robust financial consolidation.

This role demands strategic thinking, executive partnership, and a drive to improve planning discipline and data reliability. You will design scalable frameworks, standardize reporting, and mentor a direct report while collaborating with senior leaders

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning experience in a high-growth or complex org.
• Experience building and leading annual operating plans, long-range planning, and financial consolidation.
• Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and scenario planning skills.
• Proven ability to partner with executives and drive cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete FP&A cycle from AOP to long-range planning and executive presentations.
• Lead planning calendars, milestones, and inputs across departments for timely outputs.
• Build and maintain enterprise-wide consolidation framework and standardized KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial models, challenge forecasts, and translate insights into actions.
