Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A based in the United States. You will own the complete financial planning cycle, including AOP, reforecasting, and long-range planning, and you will lead consolidation and reporting for the entire enterprise.

This partner-led role blends strategic influence with deep dive into financial models and systems, driving planning discipline, speed, and cross-functional accountability while partnering with executives.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of FP&A, finance ops, or enterprise planning experience.
• Experience in high-growth or complex organizations where processes and structures needed building or enhancement.
• Ability to design scalable planning frameworks and drive accountability across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete financial planning cycle: AOP, reforecasting, LRP, and executive presentations.
• Build and maintain an enterprise-wide consolidation framework and standardized reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models, evaluate assumptions, and translate insights into business actions.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and partner with executives to drive performance.
