Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A in the United States to own the complete planning cycle, build scalable frameworks, and deliver trusted financial data for executives. The role requires leading annual plans, long-range planning, consolidation, and KPI standardization, while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive performance.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in FP&A or enterprise planning, strong modeling skills, and a track record of improving planning processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning in a high-growth or complex organization.
• Experience leading annual operating plans and multiyear financial planning cycles, from kickoff to executive presentations.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills to evaluate assumptions and drive insights.
• Hands-on experience improving consolidation, reporting systems, and planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete financial planning cycle (AOP, reforecasting, LRP) and present to executives.
• Design and manage planning calendars, milestones, and cross-department inputs.
• Build and maintain enterprise-wide consolidation framework and standardized metrics.
• Develop and maintain financial models; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Drive process improvements to increase planning accuracy, transparency, and speed.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance, risks, and strategic priorities.
• Mentor one direct report while contributing to day-to-day FP&A work.
• Elevate FP&A as a core strategic function with greater organizational visibility.
