Job summary

Jobgether on behalf of a partner company is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A in the United States to own the full FP&A cycle, including AOP, reforecasting, and long-range planning. You will develop scalable planning frameworks, standardize reporting, and drive consolidation across the enterprise for timely, accurate insights.

Qualifications

Experience building and leading annual operating plans (AOP) and long-range planning (LRP).
Strong ability to design scalable planning frameworks and standardized reporting.
Hands-on leader with experience in financial consolidation and practical model development.

Responsibilities

Own the complete FP&A cycle from planning to executive presentation.
Design planning calendars, milestones, and inputs across departments.
Build enterprise-wide consolidation framework and KPI definitions.
Develop and maintain financial models; provide actionable insights to executives.
Drive process improvements for accuracy, speed, and governance.
Partner with senior leadership to align financial and business priorities.
