Owner is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to scale our engineering teams in a 100% remote role across the United States.

You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, craft sourcing strategies, lead outreach, and partner with managers to define talent needs, building a strong pipeline and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

This role offers a base salary of $150,000–$180,000 with equity and a remote-first, flexible benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from kickoff through offer.
• Design and run creative sourcing strategies for engineering roles.
• Lead candidate outreach and conduct interviews to assess fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role goals and criteria.
• Build, maintain, and nurture a pipeline of top-tier engineers.
• Champion a superior candidate experience with timely communication.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and trends to optimize processes.
• Balance 50% sourcing with 50% full-cycle responsibilities.
