Job summary

Owner.com is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to scale our engineering teams in a fully remote role based in the United States. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, craft creative sourcing strategies, and engage top-tier engineers with a compelling mission and team.

You will partner with hiring managers, build a strong candidate pipeline, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience while tracking metrics weekly to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Deep sourcing expertise with fluency in advanced research techniques and outreach strategies.
• Exceptional organizational skills—managing dozens of moving parts without dropping the ball.
• Clear, persuasive communication—pitching roles with credibility and enthusiasm to stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful with a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from kickoff through offer with precision, velocity, and a strong focus on candidate pipeline building.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to surface and engage top-tier candidates, especially for highly competitive engineering roles.
• Lead candidate outreach, pitch our mission and team with authenticity and clarity, and conduct interviews that identify both skill and potential.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, deeply understanding team goals and defining what “exceptional talent” looks like for every role.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from kickoff through offer with precision, velocity, and a strong focus on candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a rich pipeline of high-caliber talent to meet both current and future hiring needs.
• Serve as a champion of an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring clear, timely, and respectful communication throughout.
• Actively monitor metrics and analyze data trends week over week.
• The expectation is that this role will be 50% sourcing/ 50% full cycle
