Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience building pipelines for engineering talent.
• Fluent use of LinkedIn Recruiter, AI recruiting tools, talent mapping, and outreach sequencing tools.
• Data-driven with ability to track metrics and improve outreach strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills managing large multi-role pipelines.
• Highly motivated, autonomous, and ownership-minded; strong growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a rich, refreshed pipeline of engineering talent to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Own market mapping: research the competitive landscape, identify target companies and profiles, and develop a deep understanding of where top engineering talent lives.
• Design and execute data-driven sourcing strategies to surface and engage passive candidates, especially for highly competitive engineering roles.
• Lead high-volume, high-quality candidate outreach and pitch our mission and team with authenticity and clarity.
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and channel effectiveness.
