Job summary

Owner.com is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to scale our design teams. You will drive full-cycle recruiting, build strategic sourcing pipelines, and partner with design leaders to raise the hiring bar. This is a 100% remote role based in the United States, offering equity and comprehensive benefits.

You will own the recruiting lifecycle, craft engaging outreach, and relentlessly pursue top-tier engineering and design talent to support Owner’s ambitious growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including product design and design talent in high-bar tech environments.
• Ability to assess portfolios, distinguish design disciplines, and calibrate candidate level/quality.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates via market mapping, referrals, portfolio platforms, and design communities.
• Strong storytelling, relationship-building, offer management, and closing skills.
• Credibility to advise design leaders, drive intake, interview design, panel prep, and calibration.
• Data-driven, with a track record of improving pipeline quality, conversion, and hiring velocity.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from kickoff through offer with precision and velocity.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies to surface top-tier candidates for highly competitive design roles.
• Lead candidate outreach, articulate our mission, and conduct interviews that evaluate skill and potential.
• Partner with hiring managers to define what exceptional talent looks like for each role.
• Maintain a rich pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear, timely communication and feedback.
