Job summary

Owner.com is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to scale our design teams as we grow. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to define success profiles, craft sourcing strategies, and build a pipeline of exceptional designers.

This is a 100% remote role, US-based, with a 50% emphasis on sourcing and 50% on full-cycle work. You will drive candidate experience, onboarding, and performance metrics to accelerate our product design capabilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-bar tech environments.
• Ability to assess portfolios and calibrate candidate level and quality.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates via market mapping, referrals, and design communities.
• Strong candidate storytelling, relationships, offer management, and closing skills.
• Data-driven with a track record of improving pipeline quality and hiring velocity.
• Able to hire approximately 1-2 high-quality design hires per month.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from kickoff through offer with precision and velocity.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies to surface top-tier designers.
• Lead candidate outreach and pitch our mission with clarity and authenticity.
• Partner with hiring managers to define team goals and talent standards.
• Maintain a rich pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure outstanding candidate experience with timely, respectful communication.
• Monitor metrics and analyze data trends week over week.
