RemoteLeads is seeking a senior recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for 8-15 concurrent requisitions across diverse functions and levels. You will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements, interview plans, and successful strategies for sourcing top talent.

You will screen candidates, provide hiring recommendations, and manage interview logistics while building pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in complex environments.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels, from IC to senior leadership.
• Ability to manage high volumes of concurrent requisitions while maintaining quality.
