Job summary

OpenAI is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter focused on Engineering Leadership to drive leadership hires across the organization. You will own searches from definition to offer, partnering with engineering leaders to map talent, assess candidates, and close high-impact roles remotely in the US.

You will build talent maps, craft targeted search strategies, engage senior engineers, and navigate offers with complex compensation considerations while maintaining a superior candidate

Qualifications

• Experience in executive search or in-house leadership recruiting.
• Ability to define role scope, leadership expectations, and technical requirements.
• Strong sourcing, assessment, and closing capabilities for engineering leadership hires.
