Job summary

Triwill Group seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter, Engineering & Architecture, to lead searches across hard-to-fill engineering, architecture, construction, and technical roles in a remote US environment. You will own passive candidate engagement, drive candidate assessment, and provide end-to-end recruiting support for multiple business units.

You will partner with hiring leaders across time zones, building strong relationships and deep market knowledge to influence hiring decisions and support
