Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Manager, Field Engineering to lead field technical support for elevator systems across a dynamic real estate and construction landscape. Remote within the US, with no visa sponsorship available.

The role partners with field associates, branch personnel, service and construction teams to resolve issues, drive safe, reliable operations, and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant elevator experience.
• Strong communication and leadership in dynamic teams.
• Familiarity with elevator products and software.
• Proficient in Microsoft-based software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and emergency troubleshooting support for malfunctioning equipment
• Deliver technical direction and support to field associates and branch personnel
• Conduct training sessions on various equipment types
• Perform regular inspection visits to consult with service and construction personnel
• Ensure quality control over service work and installations by monitoring reports and field tests
• Utilize data analysis to address and resolve issues with high callback units
• Maintain open communication with customers to explain technical problems and provide solutions
