Job summary

• 5+ years relevant elevator experience
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable in a technical environment using Microsoft software
• Strong leadership, time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction to branch staff and field personnel
• Deliver training on all types of equipment and update field teams
• Inspect, analyze and improve service, installations and modernization
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to explain issues
• Lead OT and field force initiatives; travel as required
