Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years engineering experience (mechanical; print reading).
• Experience with supply chain and industrialization preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis ability.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote mechanical engineering support for elevator systems.
• Troubleshoot, perform failure analysis, and support service restoration.
• Diagnose issues with hoisting systems, doors, guides, brakes, and safety devices.
• Document findings in clear reports for internal review and customers.
• Support field mechanics and operations management as technical resource.
