Otis Elevator Company is seeking a Sr Manager, Field Engineering to lead technical support for field associates across Texas and beyond. The role focuses on troubleshooting, equipment training, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years elevator experience, proven leadership, and strong communication skills. Travel will be periodic as part of coordinating field teams and field education.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant elevator experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good leadership and accountability in a dynamic team.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable using Microsoft-based software in a technical environment.
• Working knowledge of Otis and non-Otis software.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment and guide field personnel to corrective actions.
• Provide training on equipment and field procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement and data-driven problem solving.
• Communicate effectively with customers and branch personnel.
• Lead and develop field teams, with periodic travel.
