Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. is seeking an Associate Regional Field Operations Manager to guide all field operations in the Central area. You will lead service and repair teams, allocate resources, and resolve critical customer issues while promoting digital tools to streamline field work.

Requires 5+ years in the elevator industry with management experience. Travel up to 50% and a commitment to safety and quality are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years elevator industry experience required.
• Management experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-going training, development, and leadership to service and repair colleagues.
• Ensure quality of service and repair field operations within the area; allocate resources.
• Investigate and resolve critical customer issues.
• Advocate for digital tools and applications for service colleagues.
• Lead process workshops and ensure adherence to service processes.
• Monitor field tests, inspections, and data reports.
• Consult with service managers on performance problems.
• Identify improvement opportunities and deliver timely solutions.
