Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of relevant elevator experience with strong technical background.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and guide field personnel to effective corrective actions.
• Provide training on equipment types and field education classes.
• Improve field service quality by analyzing reports and driving problem resolution.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to manage expectations.
• Demonstrate leadership under pressure and supervise field operations when needed.
