Job summary

The Standard is seeking a Senior Director of Implementation in voluntary claims and operations. You will own a value stream for complex implementations, collaborating with peers across voluntary benefits, customer service, underwriting, and sales to drive customer value and high performance.

You will influence service delivery evolution, lead implementation teams, and develop scalable tools and models for new capabilities across lines of business while maintaining executive-level negotiation and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of client management experience and 2+ years of leader of leaders experience required.
• Voluntary benefits industry certifications, project management, lean management, and change management preferred.
• Experience in developing measures/metrics and turning data into actionable business improvement.
• Strong understanding of revenue drivers, profitability, client retention, contract economics, and cost to serve.

Responsibilities

• Influence evolution of service delivery and marketplace offerings using broad understanding of capabilities and industry needs.
• Ensure implementation management teams deliver a differentiated customer experience.
• Develop tools and service delivery models to support new products across EB lines of business.
• Demonstrate executive presence, negotiation and communication to resolve complex client situations without direct authority.
