The Standard is seeking a Sr. Employee Benefits Consultant to drive top-line premium growth, case volume, and broker recruitment across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia territory.

You will partner with national, regional, and local Employee Benefit Brokers, General Agents, and enrollment firms to educate, motivate, and close profitable opportunities using The Standard’s Workplace Group, Individual, and non-insurance products.

Qualifications

• Residence within the territory is a requirement.
• Experience selling voluntary benefits is a requirement.
• An established broker network within the territory is a requirement.
• Ability to travel as needed within the territory is a requirement.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Life & health licensing required; if not licensed, must obtain upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Build top line premium growth, case count and producer recruiting within DC, MD, VA.
• Consult with national, regional and local Employee Benefit Brokers and enrollment firms to ensure profitable growth.
• Identify opportunities and develop new consulting relationships to acquire new logos in the market.
• Meet or exceed assigned production plan and be a resource on enrollment technology and product solutions.
