Job summary

The Standard is recruiting a Senior Director of Implementation in voluntary claims and operations to own a strategic value stream and partner with peers across voluntary, customer service, underwriting, benefits, sales and service. You will drive delivery of customer value and high performance while shaping service delivery and marketplace offerings.

Lead implementation teams, develop tools and delivery models for new products, and negotiate complex client situations with executive presence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of client management experience and 2+ years of leader of leaders experience.
• Voluntary benefits industry certifications, project management, lean management, and change management preferred.
• Experience turning data into actionable business improvement.
• Strong understanding of revenue drivers, profitability, client retention, contract economics, and cost to serve.

Responsibilities

• Own the value stream for complex implementation in voluntary claims and operations and drive delivery of customer value.
• Influence service delivery evolution and marketplace offerings with cross-functional partners.
• Ensure implementation management teams deliver a differentiated customer experience.
