The Standard is seeking a senior director of relationship mgmt to lead a team of relationship managers delivering proactive client-facing solutions for the voluntary benefits line. You will translate the employee benefits strategy into multiyear plans, drive account and broker services, education services, and issue resolution across Sales, Account Management, Service, Operations and Actuarial.

You will build a metrics-driven framework, measure outcomes, and promote Lean Management System

Qualifications

• 8+ years of client management experience.
• 2+ years of leader of leaders experience required.
• Voluntary benefits industry certifications, PM, lean and change mgmt preferred.
• Understanding of revenue drivers, profitability and client retention.

Responsabilités
