Job summary

Kobie Marketing seeks a seasoned Financial Analyst and Strategic Consultant to join the Financial Modeling Center of Excellence. You will transform complex client data into investment cases and scenario models that drive loyalty programs for top brands.

You’ll co-present with cross-functional teams and translate finance into strategic recommendations. You’ll work in a remote-first environment, travel as needed, and help shape Kobie’s financial modeling frameworks while delivering client-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and loyalty marketing experience required.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, loyalty, customer engagement, or consulting.
• Demonstrated loyalty/engagement/CRM consulting experience (B2C/B2B).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver loyalty program financial models and business cases.
• Present model results to senior stakeholders and C-suite.
• Translate financial insights into actionable loyalty strategy recommendations.
