Job summary

Kobie Marketing seeks a lead Financial Analyst and Strategic Consultant to shape loyalty programs and financial models for client engagements. You will design, model, and present strategic recommendations that drive client value and program ROI.

You will collaborate with strategy, analytics, technology, and client services teams, guiding multiple projects from modeling sprints to executive presentations in a fast-paced, global loyalty practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, loyalty, customer engagement, or consulting.
• Experience in loyalty/engagement or CRM consulting (B2C/B2B).
• Ideal candidate has knowledge of retail and other verticals like financial services or travel.
• Global loyalty program experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, evolve and optimize loyalty programs with business-case investments.
• Lead cross-functional teams to build multi-year loyalty financial models.
• Translate model outputs into actionable loyalty strategy insights.
• Present financial models and recommendations to senior client audiences.
• Develop and refine Kobie's financial modeling frameworks and benchmarks.
• Oversee multiple projects ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
