Job summary

Kobie Marketing seeks a seasoned Financial Analyst and Strategic Consultant to lead the financial modeling and strategic advisory within Kobie’s Financial Modeling Center of Excellence. You will transform client data into investment cases, scenario models, and program designs that drive loyalty decisions at the executive level.

You’ll partner with strategy, analytics, technology, and client services teams to deliver actionable insights, co-present to clients, and advance Kobie’s loyalty

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in marketing, loyalty, customer engagement, or consulting.
• Loyalty program design and financial performance experience.
• Experience advising clients and building business cases for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, evolve, and optimize loyalty programs with quantified financial impact.
• Lead multi-year loyalty program financial models and client engagements.
• Translate financial outputs into actionable loyalty strategy insights.
• Present models and findings to senior client audiences, including CFOs and CMOs.
• Develop and refine Kobie’s financial modeling frameworks and benchmarks.
• Manage multiple projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and data quality.
