Job summary

Kobie Marketing is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst and Strategic Consultant to join the Financial Modeling COE. You will transform complex customer data into compelling investment cases and strategic program designs that enable loyalty decisions at the executive level.

Working alongside strategy, analytics, technology, and client services, you will present models and recommendations to CFOs, CMOs, and loyalty executives, driving defensible business value and scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and prior loyalty marketing experience required.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, loyalty, customer engagement, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Design, evolve and deliver loyalty program financial models and business cases for client engagements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop multi-year models covering revenue lift, acquisition and retention economics, redemption costs and program ROI.
• Synthesize research and data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior client audiences.
