Job summary

Kobie seeks a Lead Financial Analyst and Strategic Consultant to join the Financial Modeling Center of Excellence. You will transform complex client data into investment cases, scenario models, and program designs that empower loyalty decisions at the board level.

You will be an active participant in client engagements, co-presenting recommendations, and ensuring every program recommendation is anchored in defensible business value. Strong modeling and storytelling needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and loyalty marketing experience required.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, loyalty, customer engagement, or consulting.
• Experience across at least two verticals (retail, financial services, travel, etc.).
• Ability to present to C-suite and board, translating insights into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design, evolve, and optimize loyalty programs with financial models.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop multi-year loyalty program financial models.
• Synthesize research into insights and translate financial outputs into strategy.
• Present financial models and business case findings to senior client audiences.
