Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in marketing, loyalty, customer engagement, or consulting.
• Proven loyalty program design, implementation, and financial performance.
• Ability to build client relationships and present to C-suite.
• Experience across verticals including retail, financial services or travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial modeling projects and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Develop multi-year loyalty program financial models and ROI assessments.
• Translate data into actionable loyalty strategy insights and business cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy, analytics, technology, and client services.
