Job summary

Kobie Marketing is seeking a lead Financial Analyst and Strategic Consultant to join its Financial Modeling Center of Excellence. You will translate data into investment cases, build scenario models, and shape loyalty program design with senior client stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in marketing/loyalty, and a proven track record in strategy, financial modeling, and cross-functional leadership across B2C and B2B.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of loyalty/marketing experience required.
• Experience with loyalty program design and financial modeling.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and client-facing presentation skills.
• Experience with global loyalty programs and CRM strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, evolve, and optimize loyalty or engagement programs with investment case modeling.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop multi-year loyalty program financial models.
• Synthesize research into insights and translate model outputs into strategy.
• Communicate outcomes to senior client stakeholders, including CFOs and CMOs.
• Contribute to framework development and industry benchmarks for loyalty finances.
• Oversee multiple modeling projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
