Job summary

Kobie Marketing is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst and Strategic Consultant to join our Financial Modeling COE. You will transform client data into compelling investment cases, build scenario models, and design loyalty programs that drive measurable value.

You will actively participate in client engagements, presenting to senior stakeholders and shaping strategy with data-driven insights. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in marketing, loyalty, or consulting, plus strong finance and storytelling

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and prior loyalty marketing experience required.
10+ years of experience in marketing, loyalty, customer engagement, or consulting.
Demonstrated experience in loyalty/engagement or CRM consulting (B2C and/or B2B).
Ideal candidate will have Retail category knowledge and experience across verticals like retail, consumer products, financial services, or travel and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Design, evolve and optimize loyalty and engagement programs with strong business cases.
Lead multi-year loyalty program financial models and client engagements.
Translate financial outputs into actionable loyalty strategy insights for executives.
Present models and findings to CFOs, CMOs, and loyalty program leaders.
Develop and refine Kobie's financial modeling frameworks and benchmarks.
Oversee multiple projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
