Kobie Marketing, a remote-first loyalty consultancy, seeks a lead Financial Analyst and Strategic Consultant to transform client data into investment cases and strategy. You will present to senior stakeholders, collaborating with strategy, analytics, and technology teams.

You will design and refine loyalty programs, build multi-year financial models, and shape client engagements with data-driven narratives that drive boardroom decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and prior loyalty marketing experience required.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, loyalty, customer engagement, or consulting.
• Demonstrated experience in loyalty / engagement or CRM consulting (B2C and/or B2B).
• Ideal candidate will have category knowledge in Retail with additional experience in one or more verticals: retail, consumer products, financial services, or travel and hospitality.
• Preferred candidate will have experience with global loyalty programs using programmatic and non-programmatic approaches.

Responsabilités

• Design, evolve, and optimize loyalty programs by developing investment business cases quantifying financial impact.
• Lead financial models in client engagements; cover revenue lift, acquisition/retention economics, redemption cost, and ROI.
• Translate financial insights into actionable loyalty strategy recommendations for executive audiences.
• Present models and business case findings to CFOs, CMOs, and loyalty program executives with confidence and clarity.
• Contribute to development of Kobie’s financial modeling frameworks and benchmarks.
