Responsibilities

• Own and define scorecard architecture, KPI library and governance cadence.
• Lead the performance community and ensure consistency across Life Sciences accounts.
• Engage with Sales Development and account leadership during pursuits.
• Manage performance through pursuit, transition, go-live and steady state.
• Benchmark cross-account performance and external market practice.
• Drive automation with JLLT Technology Pod to reduce admin burden.
• Serve as escalation point for scorecard issues and unhappy clients.
• Develop career paths and capability for performance across vertical.
